1. Subscription Charging and Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed upfront for the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) at the time of purchase.
  • By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your chosen plan.

No Standard Refunds After Purchase

Once your subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted, ubscription fees are non‑refundable for the remainder of the billing period. This means that:

  • Fees already paid for your current billing cycle will not be refunded, even if you do not use the services fully.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time once your access has been enabled.
  • This applies whether you cancel immediately after purchase or at any time during the subscription term.

This policy reflects that access to digital services begins immediately upon payment and subscription activation.

3. How to Cancel

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@igymsoft.com or through the support portal.
  • Cancellation requests will stop future automatic billing but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which you will no longer have access to the software.

4. Exceptional Refund Situations

Although refunds are generally not provided, we will review requests in specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription.
  • Technical Errors: If a payment was debited but the service was not activated due to a verified technical fault.

Refunds granted under these exceptional cases will be processed only after validating the claim and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

5. Trial and Demo Offers

  • If you have subscribed after a free trial or demo period, the trial period is considered part of the service delivery.
  • Subscription charges after free trials are non‑refundable once the paid subscription begins.

6. Changes to This Policy

Igymsoft reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the software after changes signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
